The UZCOTTON GROUP is a successful association of Leaders in the field of textile production – A. Akbarali and Quva Tekstil . The companies have been operating in the market for about 20 years and have established themselves as reliable partners and leading manufacturers of cotton yarn, harsh and finished fabrics, non-woven fabrics and high-quality garments. By joint efforts of UzCottonGroup enterprises have been implemented an investment project on the territory of Quva Tekstil , for a total amount of EUR 25 million.

As a result, at the beginning of 2015, new textile equipment manufactured by RIETER MASHINE WORKS LTD (Switzerland) and SAVIO MACHINE TESSILI S. p.A (Italy) with a capacity of up to 10,000 tons of carded and combed ring-spun yarn per year was launched.

The UzCottonGroup is a dynamically developing association that has become a reliable and long-term partner in the international arena, which diversifies new consumer markets and enlarges its product range.

Individual approach to each customer, optimization of production processes and many years of experience allow the UzCottonGroup to carry out large-scale deliveries of high-quality products of the following types:

100% cotton carded and combed ring spinning yarn, single and double for weaving and knitwear;
100% pneuma-mechanical spinning cotton yarn, single and double for weaving and knitwear;
100% cotton harsh fabric – terry, waffle and calico;
100% cotton ready-made sewing products, terry and waffle towels that meet international quality standards;

QUALITY GUARANTEE

The UzCottonGroup companies use the automatic laboratory of the Swiss company “Uster Technologies AG”, which today is a leading manufacturer of laboratory equipment for textile production, thereby guaranteeing the quality of its products.

The collective of companies included in the UzCottonGroup employs over 1155 people. Quva Tekstil employs 955 people and A. Akbarali employs more than 200 employees. All employees undergo training on a regular basis in order to improve their qualifications in accordance with national and industry requirements.

Quva Tekstil and A. Akbarali have received international certificates for quality management in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, environmental management in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 and occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with ISO 45001:2018. In addition, all products of the companies of the group have the Certificate of Conformity of UzGosstandart.

EXPANDING HORIZONS

Along with the production of high-quality products, QuvaTekstil and A.Akbarali frequently participate in many annual international exhibitions, expanding their sales, entering new markets and establishing international cooperation. Moreover, in recent years, companies have taken part in wholesale fairs, such as: Federal Wholesale Fair “TEXTILLEGPROM” (Russia), YARN EXPO International Trade Fair for Fibers and Yarns (China), International business platform BEE-TOGETHER.RU and many other fairs.

The export of products of the UzCottonGroup companies to foreign countries is expanding every day. These are mainly – China, Turkey, USA, Portugal, Poland and CIS countries – Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan. In recent years, the companies of the UzCottonGroup have produced more than 110,000 tons of yarn and knitted fabric, of which more than 60,000 tons and 14,000 square meters of knitted fabric have been exported.
